1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Return
Product must be unused and unwashed. Original tags and packaging must be intact. Damaged or sale items are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
Email us at support@wowkismet.in with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method after we receive the returned product.
